Once Postpartum, Always Postpartum

The 4th trimester is a special time in a woman’s life, only…there’s no definitive length of time that the 4th trimester spans…it’s forever! And a lot goes in the 4th trimester: fluctuations in energy levels, mood, physical & emotional pain, hormone irregularities (um, ever wondered by prenatal & postpartum women grow bangs all of a sudden?), bladder issues, bowel concerns, you name it. Need I say more on why postpartum women deserve all of the support they can get?

Because the 4th trimester looks to vastly different from one woman to the next, I’ve gone off the deep in wanting to support women – ALL women – ANY shape – ANY size – ANY color – ANY location.

Because SHE is worth it. (and let’s be honest – she makes the world go ’round).

If you’re a postpartum mom (or you know someone who is), and you’re struggling with getting your health needs met (pain? returning to exercise? boundary issues? energy deficits? bowel/bladder dysfunction?), you don’t have to wade through the murky waters alone. In addition to your team of providers (pelvic floor PT, acupuncturist, OB, midwife, you name it), I’m here to support you as an Integrative Women’s Health Coach.

Let’s support Mom & lift her back into her livelihood!
